Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to use the DeshiApp platform to distribute malware, engage in unauthorized vulnerability probing, execute denial-of-service attacks, bypass security controls, impersonate individuals or organizations, submit fraudulent identity credentials, transmit unsolicited spam, harass or defame staff, publish private personal data (doxxing), compromise journalistic sources, or infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Users must not falsify evidence in complaints or submit deceptive legal notices.

Good-faith cybersecurity research conducted in strict accordance with our Security and Vulnerability Disclosure Policy is treated separately and protected.

Forms and Submissions

When submitting correspondence, freelance pitches, correction notices, complaints, right of reply claims, or security reports, users warrant that the information provided is accurate, lawful, free from malicious software, and submitted with proper authority. Submissions must not include unsolicited trade secrets or unrelated sensitive personal data.

Transmitting material through public contact forms does not automatically establish confidentiality, payment obligations, or a guarantee of publication. Legitimate confidential source relationships require explicit, advance mutual agreement.

License for Submitted Material

Unless governed by a formal written commissioning contract, individuals who submit unsolicited material, feedback, or guest articles grant DeshiApp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, store, edit, publish, archive, and distribute the submission across its digital channels. Contributors retain underlying copyright ownership unless a separate contract specifies otherwise.

Contributor Terms

Contributing to the platform does not establish an employment, partnership, or agency relationship unless formalized in writing.

No Guaranteed Publication

DeshiApp maintains absolute editorial discretion regarding the selection, editing, scheduling, rejection, or discontinuation of submitted articles and pitches. Acceptance of an idea or pitch never guarantees final publication. Independent editorial coverage cannot be bought, and no unauthorized third party may sell guaranteed publishing on DeshiApp.

Comments and Community Features

Public comment sections are disabled across standard articles at launch. If interactive community forums are introduced in the future, supplementary community guidelines will govern moderation, conduct standards, account suspension, and content removal. DeshiApp reserves the right to close community features where necessary to maintain civil discourse.

Privacy

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the DeshiApp website, editorial content, and services are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis, without express or implied warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free operation, or specific commercial outcomes. Mandatory statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

Limitation of Liability
